These terms apply to purchases made on Pawsero for delivery in Canada.

Prices

Prices are shown in local currency. Taxes are applied at checkout in line with your province. The delivery cost is calculated separately and shown before you confirm.

Availability

We show live stock. If a product sells out between your order and its preparation, we tell you and you can wait, swap it or take a full refund.

Order confirmation

The contract is formed when we confirm payment, not when you submit the order. You will receive a confirmation email with the details.

Use of products

The food and supplements we sell are not a substitute for veterinary care. Consult your vet about any health condition affecting your pet.
